Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Last Updated: February 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inland Truck Repair website and related services. By accessing this website, submitting a service request, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Pricing, service descriptions, turnaround times, and availability are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the website at any time without notice.

2. Service Requests & Intake Forms

Submitting an online intake form or service request does not guarantee service availability, scheduling, or pricing.

Repairs, diagnostics, and services are only authorized once an estimate or written approval has been accepted by the customer. Inland Truck Repair reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

3. Diagnostics & Estimates

Diagnostic services are investigative in nature and are performed to identify potential issues. Diagnostic findings do not guarantee the identification of all underlying conditions.

Estimates are based on initial inspections and information available at the time. Additional issues, labor, or parts may be required once repairs begin. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated for approval when required.

4. Storage Policy

Once repairs are completed and the customer is notified, vehicles must be picked up promptly.

Storage Fees:
After 7 days following completion of repairs, a storage fee of $30 per day will apply.

Storage fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and must be paid prior to vehicle release.

5. Warranty

Parts Warranty: Inland Truck Repair provides a 1-year warranty on parts supplied by the shop, subject to manufacturer limitations.

Labor Warranty: Labor is not warranted.

Warranty does not cover failures caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, or related component failure.

6. Lien Rights

If a vehicle remains in our possession for more than 30 days with an outstanding balance and reasonable attempts to collect payment have been made, Inland Truck Repair reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the vehicle in accordance with applicable Florida law.

All costs associated with lien enforcement, including administrative and legal fees, may be added to the outstanding balance.

7. Parking & Vehicle Responsibility

Vehicles left on our property for service or storage are left at the owner's risk unless otherwise stated in writing. Inland Truck Repair is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including theft, weather events, or acts of third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and forms may utilize third-party platforms for functionality, analytics, or communications. Inland Truck Repair is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland Truck Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
